Over the years BSCPL has executed more than 400 kms of 4-laning / 6-laning projects undertaken by NHAI as part of NHDP as single entity / in Joint Ventures. The prestigious projects include the 6-laning of the Jaipur –Kishangarh section of NH-8, the most successful BOT Project to date, six months ahead of schedule as an EPC contractor as well as stakeholder in the SPV. The company has also executed the single longest concrete pavement road construction package of 62 kms. in length in the state of West Bengal forming part of Golden Quadrilateral. The Company has also executed road projects overseas in Afghanistan and Bangladesh. In Afghanistan the Company has successfully executed 6 projects spanning around 472 KM. working under most adverse and trying conditions.

BSCPL has successfully completed India’s first largest two lane projects of 186 kms in the state of Rajasthan (Ajmer-Chittorgarh Road funded by World Bank in the year 1996). BSCPL got awarded three packages out of the first five packages initiated under National Highway Development Programme by National Highways Authority of India in a Joint Venture with two Malaysian companies. These were under International competitive bidding. BSCPL has also completed India’s first largest 4 lane project of Gurgaon-Kotpurli in the states of Haryana & Rajasthan with a length of 125 kms in the year 2001. For the first time, the company has introduced modern state of the art machinery like 160 TPH hot mix plant, 9 mtrs asphalt pavers, Static Vibratory Rollers, Motor Graders from different countries in this project to maintain International Standards. This project was declared a role model project by NHAI. BSCPL has successfully completed four road projects on schedule in Afghanistan under conditions of adversity. BSCPL has completed India’s first 6 lane project between Jaipur-Kishangarh in J.V with GVK. BSCPL has successfully accomplished the task of completing a 62 km single longest four-lane concrete road package of value Rs. 341.99 crores.
BSCPL Infra Projects Limited (BIPL)
This is a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of BSCPL, having a paid up capital of about Rs. 30 crores. The Objective of this Company is to own Special Purpose Vehicle Companies, which own and execute Road Projects on DBFOT Model, i.e. to “Design, Build, Finance, Own and Transfer”. Presently, the Company has seven (7) such BOT Projects, either completely owned or partially owned through JV Partners.Â
BSCPL International FZE, UAE
This Company was incorporated in 2005 in Dubai as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd., to undertake the construction of a 14 storied building that would have 142 apartments.
The Company has three more subsidiary companies under it, with 70% holding, viz.,

BSC – C&C (JV) Nepal Private Limited is a company registered under the laws of Nepal, is engaged in the business of manufacturing stone aggregate, stone dust and granular sub base. The holding of BSCPL being 50% in this Company, it is considered as an Associate Company of BSCPL.
